Eating too much protein is not necessarily good for your health
as the liver converts excess protein into glucose and toxins.
Therefore, it is important to get the food balance right and be
selective with the foods and vegetables you choose to eat as
this will make a significant difference to your health and
well-being.
There are other
food sources such as meats, fish and dairy products that contain
higher levels of proteins than some, but not all, vegetables,
however, vegetables with protein are very beneficial and
particularly healthy for us as they tend to be very low in fat.
